The Mala Workshop includes:
A discussion about the history of Mala beads + why the number 108 is significant.
A guided chakra meditation
An overview of over 20 gemstones and their healing qualities (high quality, genuine gemstones only)
A guided lesson in hand-knotting your Mala beads
Plenty of time to design & create your custom Mala
An individual blessing for you Mala beads to seal your intentions, with option for a tassel or gemstone pendant guru bead

Meet Your Guide, Tammy Fodrey
Tammy Fodrey has been leading Mala workshops & retreats since 2015. Driven by her passion for helping others, Tammy began her spiritual journey at a young age, awakening a deep reverence for cross-cultural and spiritual traditions. As she enriched her understanding of these sacred practices, Tammy’s true calling was revealed: To create mala beads imbued with meaning and intention and to teach others how to design and create them, too.
